Advanced Blanking by Advanced Mobile IT is a display management tool for in-vehicle computer displays. It is designed to keep your drivers safe and your fleet fully compliant to Australian Design Rules (ADR) standards.

The Advanced Blanking software relies on GPS data that calculates the vehicle’s speed and locks down the unit, with only a CAD / turn-by-turn or similar application able to be displayed.

While at speed, Advanced Blanking disables the device and does not respond to requests while driving. Once the vehicle comes to a complete stop, Advanced Blanking deactivates the lockdown and allows the user to interact with the device once again.

Advanced Blanking is 100% software driven. It does not rely on a USB Accelerometer dongle connection to the device to activate, and cannot be removed or tampered with by the driver.
