This secure portal provides customer account information, current and past purchase orders along with statements of accounts. Customers can log a service ticket within this portal, review all service ticket information and view a list of all assets, locations, purchase dates and warranty expiry dates.
Customisable reports can also be segmented by model and sales history for reports generated within this portal to provide more detailed information on assets, service history, and failure rates.
